Day 14: Sunset

The sun is almost gone for today. I love the great big Texas sky. I wish that we didn't live so close to the highway. I like the little bit of earth at the bottom, but I wish the bits of highway weren't there. On this one, the only adjustments I made to it was resizing and the border.

What a pretty sky! When I drove out to Austin 3 years ago, the part I loved most on the drive was the Texas sky as the sun was setting. Gorgeous!

This is a beautiful sunset! I like the ground at the bottom - it lends a sense of scale to the image!

Beautiful picture. Sunsets don't hang around do they! One minute it's there, the next it's gone! Nice capture.

The ground is definitely important to, well, ground the image and give it some stability. Lovely colours in your sky there! Nice work.

Living near a highway probably does kind of stink, but it could be worse. They keep selling all the farms around here and putting up huge houses with about a lawnmover space between them. I could never see something think your sunset without looking over 100 houses and having planes in view. I'm quite jealous :)
